With more than 25 years of dedicated service in Bullock County Schools, Charlotte Perry is a results-oriented educator and experienced leader who currently serves as the Assistant Principal of South Highlands Middle School. Her career spans classroom teaching, instructional leadership, and program administration, with a strong focus on student achievement and school improvement. She has a proven ability to lead instructional teams, implement data-driven strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with students, families, and staff.

Throughout her career, she has served in multiple impactful roles including First Grade Teacher, Math Coach, Afterschool Program Administrator, and Summer School Administrator, each reflecting her commitment to excellence in education. She brings expertise in instructional coaching, curriculum development, and program coordination, and is highly skilled in supporting diverse learners through effective Tier 1 instruction and intervention.

A passionate advocate for educational equity and continuous growth, she consistently works to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically focused school culture. Her leadership is guided by a deep understanding of best practices, a collaborative spirit, and a steadfast belief in the potential of every student.

Mrs. Perry is excited to serve the community of South Highlands Middle School and Bullock County by continuing to support academic success, student growth, and strong school-family partnerships. Together, we are “Hornet Strong!”
